<cfhtmltopdf> broken in ColdFusion 2023

UPDATE: Confirmed bug https://tracker.adobe.com/#/view/CF-4219706
There appears to be a bug in the
cfhtmltopdf tag running on ColdFusion 2023.The orientation attribute is ignored.
